Hi there - I'm a reporter, editor, writer, producer, & social media analyst!

My Experience

Since enrolling in college as a full-time student, I have been a reporter for TCU360, an anchor for multiple TCU360 news programs, and a contributor to the revitalization of two talk shows post-COVID-19. One of these, The Leap, a pop culture talk show I helped relaunch during my first year at Texas Christian University, has grown to become the most-viewed student media program at TCU. In my senior year, I serve as its Executive Producer. I also contributed to the university’s podcast TodaYa, producing an episode in which I interviewed the Chancellor and President of TCU. Additionally, I worked as a disk jockey for 88.7 KTCU’s The Choice. My professional experience includes an internship with Religion Unplugged, a member of the Institute for Nonprofit News, and a study abroad internship with Cent Magazine in London, where I attended London Fashion Week. I have developed expertise in live radio, print journalism, and mobile journalism, and I am proficient in tools such as Adobe Audition, AP Newsroom, and Final Cut Pro. Balancing these roles alongside a full class schedule has given me invaluable experience navigating the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of the news industry.
